                                                1.  Describe  P-N  junction,  diode  circuit,  rectifier  (half-wave,  full-wave)  and

                                                3. Analyze BJT and FET circuits, its load lines, bias configurations, DC and
                                                  AC analysis of BJT and FET. (C4, CT 1) (P1, TS 1,LS 1)









                                                This course introduce the basic of p and n type materials,  including its dop-
                                                ing process and application of p-n junction as circuit element. Diode equiva-
                                     Synopsis  lent circuits and applications. Evaluation and analysis of BJT including its
                                                bias configurations. FET is introduced includes analysis of its characteris-
                                                tics. Small signal analysis of BJT and FET.
