Learning Outcomes 1. Analyse power quality problems and to relate them to the inter-
                                                       connections of various equipments.
                                                   2. Evaluate the effects of power quality problems on the overall per-
                                                       formance of the power system.
                                                   3. Propose feasible solutions to solve power quality problems.
                                                   4. Justify power quality solutions through report and oral presenta-
                                                       tion
Synopsis This course allows the student to have the fundamental knowledge
on electrical power quality and distribution system. They will be able
to calculate load flow problems, unsymmetrical faults and the protec-
                                                   tion requirements.
