APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Create an account via the application portal at apply.um.edu.my,

Remit a processing fee of RM 300 via FPX, Debit Card, Credit Card or
Flywire for application submitted.

An acknowledgement email will be sent out once the application
submitted has been received.

Check regularly the application result through the application portal,
and only successful applicants will be able to view the offer letter .

passport-size passport Academic English sponsorship/
photo copy of the Transcript & Language scholarship letter,
with blue ˎɨɰɽ ɥƃǼlj :ljɨɽȈˎƺƃɽlj. ɥɨɁˎƺȈljȶƺʰ support letter or

Note:

• An application submitted will not be processed without required documents and remittance
of processing fee.
• All payments shall not involve any transfer of cash and only made via payment platform
mentioned.
• Processing fee remitted is non-refundable.
• The documents required must be ƺljɨɽȈˎljǁ ƹʰ ʰɁʍɨ ɥɨljʤȈɁʍɰ ɰƺȃɁɁȢ or respective embassy.
• ÝǹˎƺȈƃȢ ɽɨƃȶɰȢƃɽȈɁȶ is required for documents that are not in English or Malay Languages.

Programme Duration Education Malaysia Global Services is a Company
Duration Semesters Limited by Guarantee (’CLBG’) under the purview
5 years 10 of the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia,
4 years 8 established as a One-Stop-Centre for all International
3 1/2 years 7 Student Services (ISS) that facilities the application
3 years 6 for Student Visa.
