@atuk Zainun Aishah binti Ahmad graduated with a Bachelor of
Arts (Hons) degree in Economics in 1969. She joined Malaysian
Industrial Development Authority (MIDA) as an economist upon
graduation.
In 1995 Datuk Zainun was appointed the Director General of MIDA,
and a member of various committees/authorities at national level,
including being a member of the National Committee on Business
Competitiveness, Malaysia Incorporated and the National Project
Director for the first Industrial Master Plan (ICC) before retiring in
2004. She was also a member of the Industrial Co-ordination Council
in the implementation of the Second Industrial Master Plan, Industrial Coordination Act Advisory
Council and Defence Industry Council.
Datuk Zainun was appointed as a director of Maybank in 2005. Her directorships in companies
include Mayban Discount Berhad and Mayban Ventures Sdn Berhad. She is also the Chairman
of Scomi Engineering Berhad, Deputy Chairman of Dunham-Bush (Malaysia) Berhad and a
director of Microlink Solutions Berhad.

@atuk Zamani Abdul Ghani graduated with a Bachelor of Economics
(Hons) degree in Analytical Economics in 1971. He holds a Master's
degree in Management from Asian Institute of Management, Manila,
the Philippines
Datuk Zamani is a Deputy Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia and a
Member of its Board of Directors. He oversees various departments
in BNM responsible for the regulation and supervision of financial
institutions and payment systems departments as well as the units
combating abuses of the financial system.
Datuk Zamani commenced his career at BNM in 1971 and has served in various capacities and
departments. He headed BNM's representative offices in London and New York before he was
appointed an Assistant Governor of BNM in 1994. Between 1996 and 1998, he was an Executive
Director at the International Monetary Fund, representing the governments of 12 countries in
Southeast Asia. He was Director-General of the Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority
which is responsible for spearheading and coordinating efforts to promote and develop Malaysia's
international offshore financial centre in Labuan between 1998 and 1999. He is Chairman of
Credit Guarantee Corporation (CGC), a Member of the Board of Directors of Tabung Haji, and a
Fellow Member of the Institute of Bankers Malaysia.
