Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA)
Chartered Institute of Management Accountant
(CIMA)
Malaysian Financial Planning Council (MFPC)
UM’s Bachelor of Economics programme is recognised and accredited by the Malaysian Qualification
Agency (MQA). In addition, students and graduates of Bachelor of Economics are eligible to join the
Finance Leadership Programme (FYP) by CIMA at Operational Level and the first required case study
exam will be the operational case study.
Graduates from this programme are granted exemptions for certain modules by the Malaysian Financial
Planning Council (MFPC).
