CHECK IN TAIWAN!
Taiwan Summer
Programme 2016
On 28 July to 19 August 2016, 66 student ambassadors from UM attended the
Summer Program in Taiwan. The student program jointly organised by the
International Student Centre (ISC), UM and the Asia University, Taichung was
a 23 days program including lectures on culture, fintech and programming.
Asia University was established in the year of 2001, 2 years after the Chi Chi
earthquake that struck Taichung City.
On the weekdays, we have lectures for 2 hours every day and I had a total of
10 hours of lectures in one week. The lecturers conducting the lectures used
mostly video assisted with some slides. We enjoyed the lectures and learned
much about the culture, economics and history in an easy and fun way.
