                                                              Lastly,   he   spoke   about   the   need   to   institute   Open   Distance
                                                              learning   (ODL),   Microcredentials,   and   Remote   Learning   as

     newly   appointed   Vice-Chancellor   to   UM,   visited   FASS   on

     remarks,   accentuated   the  new   strategic   plan   will   position
     Universiti   Malaya   as   a   leader   in   providing   seamless,   full-
     spectrum   education   pathways   and   give   anunrivalled
     reputation for engagement and inclusivity.


     He   also   reminded   the   Faculty   to   deliver   significant
     outcomes   and   social-economic   dividends   for   the
     University,   nations,   and   society   where   possible.   He
     challenged  members  of  the  faculty  to  respond  to  new  and
