                                   BENCHMARKING ACTIVITIES









                                                    QUALITY MANAGEMENT  CENTRE,




                                                         BINUS UNIVERSITY, INDONESIA




























































                           The  Quality  Management  Centre  (QMC)  of  BINUS  University,  Indonesia,


                           visited  Universiti  Malaya’s  Quality  Management  and  Enhancement  Centre

                           (QMEC) on November 20, 2024 for a benchmarking session. The visit aimed


                           to foster knowledge exchange and strengthen quality management practices


                           between  the  two  institutions.  Delegates  from  BINUS  University,  headed  by

                           Ms.  Sabaria  Chatarin  Debora  (Quality  Control  Manager)  engaged  in


                           productive  discussions,  exploring  UM’s  best  practices  in  quality  assurance,


                           accreditation,  and  continuous  improvement  initiatives.  Key  topics  included

                           the  implementation  of  internal  quality  systems,  strategic  planning,  and


                           stakeholder                          engagement.                             The              benchmarking                               session                   highlighted


                           opportunities for collaboration, enhancing mutual understanding of effective

                           quality frameworks to support academic excellence and institutional growth.
