At the end of the course, students are able to:

1 Menjelaskan konsep asas dalam pengajian fiqh budaya.
Explain the basic concepts in the study of fiqh of culture.
2 Mengenalpasti kriteria asas penerimaan budaya dalam Islam.
Identify the basic criteria for cultural acceptance in Islam.
3 Menganalisis isu-isu budaya kontemporari dari perspektif hukum Islam.
Analyze the contemporary cultural issues from the perspective of Islamic law

Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content

Kursus ini akan mendedahkan pelajar tentang konsep budaya, faktor pembentukan dan perubahan
budaya, pendekatan Islam terhadap kebudayaan, kriteria penerimaan budaya dalam Islam dan
analisis terhadap budaya kontemporari dari perspektif hukum Islam.

This course will expose students to the concepts of culture, factors of cultural formation and change,
Islamic approach to culture, criteria of cultural acceptance in Islam and analysis of contemporary
culture from the perspective of Islamic law.
