At the end of the course, students are able to:

1 Menjelaskan konsep tasawuf, sejarah perkembangannya dan sumber pengambilan ilmu
tersebut.
Explain the concept of sufism, the history of its development and the source of knowledge
2 Menghuraikan topik-topik utama dalam ilmu tasawuf, mendalami istilah-istilahnya yang
khusus dan menjelaskan syubhah-syubhah yang timbul sekitar ilmu tersebut.
Explain the main topics in the science of Sufism, delve into the specific terms and explain
the doubts that arise around the science.
3 Menghubungkan sinopsis pengajaran tasawuf dengan persoalan kehidupan semasa
Relate the synopsis of the teachings of Sufism with current life questions

Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content

Kursus ini memperkenalkan pelajar tentang konsep tasawuf dan sejarah perkembangannya. Pelajar
akan menghuraikan sumber tasawuf dan istilah-istilahnya yang khusus. Pelajar juga akan
menghubungkan pengajaran-pengajaran tasawuf dengan persoalan kehidupan semasa.

This course introduces students to the concept of sufism and its developmental history. Students will
describe the source of the syllabus and its specific terms. Students will also connect the teachings
of sufism with the issues of contemporary life.
