At the end of the course, students are able to:

1 Mengingati ayat-ayat dan hadis-hadis hukum pilihan.
Remember the selected verses and hadiths of law.
2 Menerangkan ayat-ayat dan hadis-hadis hukum dan cara pengistinbatan daripadanya.
Explain the verses and hadiths of law and its way of istinbat.
3 Mengaplikasikan ayat-ayat dan hadis-hadis hukum dalam penentuan hukum Islam semasa.
Practise the verses and hadiths in contemporary Islamic law.
4 Menghuraikan ayat-ayat dan hadis-hadis hukum mengikut realiti semasa.
Elaborate the verses and hadiths of law according to current reality.
Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content

Kursus ini akan melatih pelajar memahami dan membuat keputusan hukum fiqh menerusi ayat-ayat
al-Quran dan hadis. Antara tajuk yang dibincangkan ialah ayat-ayat al-Quran, hadis terpenting
mengenai taharah, ibadat, kekeluargaan, jual beli, jenayah, kemasyarakatan dan kenegaraan.

Throughout the course the students will be trained to understand and make fiqh decisions by referring
to the Quran and the Sunnah. Among the topics which will be dealt with in this course include the
concept of taharah, ritual acts of worship, Islamic family law, various kinds of contract, Islamic criminal
law and the concept of Islamic government.
