                Synopsis of Course Contents   Fitness industry has developed very rapidly in this country. This course prepares students
                                          with the understanding of basic concept of fitness management including its philosophy,
                                          theories pertaining to fitness management, and the current issues in this industry. The
                                          uniqueness of this industry will also be highlighted.

                Synopsis of Course Contents   This course defines the meaning of recreation and pastime activities as well as their roles
                                          in society. Students will understand various recreational activities while identifying
                                          elements of policies and procedures  that facilitate recreational sport activities.
