 competence with an emphasis on accuracy in grammar and on

 reasonable oral fluency and language appropriateness by      Pass GLT1002 with grade C
    Prerequisite: Students must pass GLT1002
 (Mastering English I) with grade C   practising the language in a variety of contexts.



 GLT1004: Mastering English III
 2 Credits   This course is designed for students with a developing pre-
    intermediate proficiency level in English. Together with the use
 of suitable vocabulary and accurate grammatical structures,   CEFR Low B1
 3      Offered Only in Semester 1   the course focuses on further expanding students’
 comprehension of reading texts as well as their competency in      Pass GLT1003 with grade C
    Prerequisite: Students must pass GLT1003
 (Mastering English II) with grade C   writing and speaking skills.
