                                                        Derive the equivalent circuit of an induction motor from the mo-

                                       Synopsis     This course introduces the students to the basics of electrical ma-
                                                    chines  and  simple  drives.  It  provides  opportunities  for  students  to
                                                      have  hands  on  experience  on  design  and  construction  of  simple
                                                    machines.

                                     Assessment     40 % Continuous Assessments
                                                    60 % Final Examination
