                                                     inductors) as a function of their physical parameters
                                                   3.  Solve  boundary  value  problems  for  static  electromagnetic
                                                   systems
                                                      Construct the energy,forces and torque in static electromagnetic
                                                          systems.

                                                     capacitance,  electrostatic  energy  and  forces,  magnetostatic  fields,
