3. Solve boundary value problems for static electromagnetic

Construct the energy,forces and torque in static electromagnetic
systems.
Synopsis Vector analysis, electrostatic fields, electric potential, polarisation,
capacitance, electrostatic energy and forces, magnetostatic fields,
inductance, magnetostatic energy and forces.
