Our 12 residential colleges that can accommodate up to
Executive Deluxe (1 pax) 12,000 students. Residence blocks are within campus grounds;
(Air-conditioned + En Suite Bathroom) RM 44 / Day
ensuring 24-hour security and easy access to our on-campus
facilities for retail, food and beverage, indoor/outdoor sports
Deluxe Single (1 pax) RM 36 / Day and leisure facilities.

Off-Campus Private Accommodation
Universiti Malaya also manages off-campus residences 2-8 km from campus, accommodating up to 3,500 students
at the 13th Residential College, International House, and Japan Apartment.

UM International House (IH)

International House is the Universiti Malaya off-campus
accommodation specially designated for the international
students and strategically located 2 kilometres away from
the main campus. It has 4 blocks with 90 units of two-bed-
room apartment for “long term” (minimum of 1 year) and
“short term” (less than three months) rental.
