24. GKR1024 Asas Seni Kursus ini mendedahkan pelajar Bahasa Melayu dan
(2 kredit / Karikatur kepada kemahiran asas seni Bahasa Inggeris
credits) karikatur. Pelajar berpeluang melakar
(Basics Art of dan membina watak dan mesej Malay and English
Caricature) berasaskan tema tertentu. Melalui
kursus ini, pelajar dipupuk dengan
minat terhadap seni karikatur melalui
aktiviti berpasukan. Pengajaran dan
pembelajaran akan dilaksanakan
dalam bentuk pembelajaran
berasaskan pengalaman dan
penyelesaian masalah secara kolektif
termasuk bersama masyarakat. Di
akhir kursus ini, pelajar dapat
memahami dan mempraktikkan
kemahiran asas karikatur serta
berkeupayaan menjadi warganegara
yang mempunyai pembangunan
minda ingin tahu yang berasaskan
minat.

This course exposes students to the
basic skills of the art of caricature.
Students have opportunities to sketch
and build characters and messages
based on certain themes. Through
this course, students’ interest will be
nurtured in the art of caricature via
teamwork activities. Teaching and
learning will be conducted through
experiential learning and collective
problem solving with the community.
At the end of this course, students are
able to understand and practise the
basic skills of caricature and capable
of becoming a citizen with an
inquisitive mind based on interest.
