kepentingan penjagaan air dari segi
fizikal tetapi juga dari segi
keseimbangan dalam aspek rohani.

Water is exceptionally important to
religious community (Muslim for
instance), especially in performing
worships as they need to clean
themselves with minor and major
ablution. The conditions of ablution for
prayers also require a Muslim to use
water of the highest quality called
mutlaq (pure and purifiable) water.
Hence, to fulfil this obligation of a
Muslim worship, the water should
always be controlled from
overconsumption and contamination
that can change its taste, smell and
colour. Therefore, the understanding
of water in science, engineering and
religion perspective has the potential
to give a sense of awareness and
concern about the importance of
water because of the external and
internal relationship between man,
nature and God. Besides that, the
religious community not only
understands the importance of water
care in its physical terms but also in
terms of a balance in the spiritual
aspect.
