            Synopsis

                   The course is intended to guide Instructional technology postgraduate students who are ready to carry
            out research in Instructional technology.  Relevant issues and research  in the field of instructional technology
            and related fields are discussed.

            Synopsis

                   This  course  introduces  students  to  the  basic  principles  and  concepts  of  instructional  design  and
            technology as a process to develop alternative strategies to solve problems related to teaching and learning.
            Topics  include:  principles  of  instructional  design  and  technology,  learning  theories,  models  of  instruction,
            process  to  identify  problems  in  teaching  and  learning,  designing  and  developing  alternative  strategies  and
            materials  to  solve  problems,  and  evaluating  and  managing  the  whole  development  process  in  line  with  the
            learning outcomes.

            Assesment  Method    : Continuous assessment (Class forums; Assignments; Presentations): 70%,
