Synopsis:
The course aims to develop students’ proficiency in terms of vocabulary, reading, writing and speaking skills relevant to the
disciplines of study. Emphasis is given to improving skills in the organisation of information in both written and spoken
communication.

Synopsis:
This course introduces the basic principles of professional writing in English relevant to the purpose and needs of audience.
Students will be exposed to the various format, processes and text models that exemplify professional writing.
Assessment Method : Short Presentation – 50%, Final Presentation – 40%, Attendance – 10%
