               Core Courses (42 Credits)
               Core courses are designed to expose students to the fundamentals of management
               of business organizations. The courses are as follows:

               Research Methodology courses (12 credits)

                      CXA 8001       *Quantitative Research Method
                      CXA 8003       *Qualitative Research Method

                      CXA 8004       *Quantitative Data Analysis
                      CXA 8005       *Qualitative Data Analysis
                       *Note: Each course carries 3 credits

               Management-related courses (30 credits):

                      CXA 8006 **Management Issues and Practices
                      CXA 8007 **Governance and Decision Making
                      CXA 8008 **Organizational Strategy
                      CXA 8009 **Management Intelligence
                      CXA 8010 **Organizational Risk Management
                       **Note: Each course carries 6 credits


               Elective Courses (3 Credits)
               Students are required to take ONE (1) elective course out of the FOUR (4) elective
               courses. The following is the list of elective courses:
                      CVA 8001 Accounting Issues and Practices
                      CVA 8002 Financial Issues and Practices
                      CVA 8003 Marketing Issues and Practices
                      CVA 8004 Operations Management and Information Systems Issues and Practices

               Dissertation (36 Credits)
               The  programme’s  dissertation  is  36  credits.  The  students  must  submit  a  doctoral
               dissertation  NOT  exceeding  sixty  thousand  (60,000)  words  at  the  end  of  the
               programme.  Students  are  also  required  to  defend  the  dissertation  in  a  viva-voce
               session.

               Students of the DMgt programme need to provide proof of acceptance of at least
               one (1) publication listed in MyCite or journals approved by the faculty before they
               can be awarded the doctoral degree.

               Additional requirements:
                   •  Fill-up e-logbook to document formal supervisory meetings.
                   •  Submit e-Progress Report at the end of every semester.
