3uan Haji Mohzani bin Abdul Wahab graduated with a Bachelor of
Economics (Hons) degree in Applied Economics in 1976. He joined
Shell in 1976. He has held various supply, distribution, brand &
communications, marketing and retail management positions in Shell's
Oil Products sector, including an assignment in the Philippines.

Mohzani was appointed General Manager of Retail in Malaysia in
2000, a Director of Shell Malaysia Trading Berhad on 1st August
2001, and is the Managing Director for the Company since 1st August
2001. On 15 January 2005, he was appointed as the Managing Director
of Shell Timur Sdn Bhd. He also holds the position of Cluster Retail
General Manager for Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Oman. In Malaysia, he is also the Shell
Local Senior Downstream Representative of Malaysia Mutual Aid Group (PIM MAG) and a member
of JMC Joint Management Committee.

Currently Mohzani sits on the Board of 12 companies: Shell Timur Sdn Bhd, Shell Malaysia
Trading Sdn Bhd, Superkad Services Sdn Bhd, Usaha Rawang Sdn Bhd, Shell Malaysia Limited,
Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn Bhd, PS Pipeline Sdn Bhd, PS Terminal Sdn Bhd, Pertini
Vista Sdn Bhd, Bonuskad Loyalty Sdn Bhd, public listed Shell Oman Marketing Company SAOG
and Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya Berhad).

ftlato' Dr. Mokhzani bin Abdul Rahim graduated with a Bachelor of
Arts (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Malaya and
MA and Ph.D from the London School of Economics. He was a former
Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administration,
University of Malaya, and Deputy Vice Chancellor, University of Malaya.

Dato' Mokhzani was Chairman of Metal Reclamation Berhad and
Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad, President Emeritus of the
Malaysian Employers' Federation and member of the Malaysian
Business Council and the Malaysia-Norway Business Council. Also
Vice-President of Malaysia-Japan Economic Association and a member
of the Board of Malaysian Industrial Development Authority, the Irstitute of Strategic &
International Studies, Employees Provident Fund and the Board of Trustees of the Malaysian
Institute of Economic Research.
