Department Overview
The objective of the Department of Administrative Studies and Politics is to provide multi-
disciplinary training and research in administration and politics, human resource
management, international relations and urban management. To meet this objective, the
Department offers three tracks: Public Administration, Human Resource Management and
Political Economy.
The Department offers the Master of Public Administration. The course improves the
knowledge and skills required by administrators and managers. In view of the sub-disciplines
of the Department, the academic staff in the department have strong research links with
various organizations, both private and public.
