ASSESSMENT: FIRST CYCLE 2024
KEY FINDINGS
The average UMQEI index was 62%, indicating areas for
further alignment with self-assessments, which averaged
92%. Highlights include:
Academic PTjs: Demonstrated strengths in research,
talent, and service excellence, with notable achievements
by UMPEDAC (HiCoE).
Non-Academic PTjs: Showcased operational efficiency and
commitment to service quality, by MASD.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT
The assessment revealed actionable insights for enhancing the
UMQEI framework, including:
Refining the UMQEI web application for a better user
experience.
Aligning operational objectives with Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs).
Revising evaluation criteria to ensure inclusivity and
relevance.
Streamlining assessment procedures for greater efficiency.
