METHODS OF ASSESSMENT AND WEIGHTAGE
The progress of a student is evaluated using a few methods such as writing a project paper,
practical and lab assignments, presentations and analysis of theories. All assessment
weighting are based on the following except for those courses offered by other faculties:
1. Courses : Continuous Assessment – 60% and Final exam – 40%
2. Seminar : Continuous Assessment – 100%
3. Internship : Continuous Assessment – 100%
While continuous assessment based on activities, practical exams and continuous exams are
emphasized, the most important component in the curriculum structure offered through specific
courses is the final exam that compose of 40%.
