3. Shown excellent performance and ability in MASUM/SUKIPT/IPT
League and/or national Open Leagues / elite invitation sports competitions.

4. Possess a clean record without disciplinary action taken against him / her
by any sports bodies or the university.
5. Achieved high academic excellence of at least CGPA 2.5 in the latest exam
except for postgraduate students by research.

H. UNIVERSITY APPRECIATION AWARD

(Selected by the Faculty of Sports & Exercise Science, UM)

Awarded to staff, students as well as outsiders who have met the following criteria:
1. Contributed and helped improve the level of sports performance, whether in the
form of expertise, energy or sponsorship, to any university team which enabled
the team or individual to achieve outstanding results especially in the inter
university competitions.
2. Has a good relationship with the Faculty of Sports & Exercise Science and
team/individuals in order for team/individuals to excel.

I. BEST COACH AWARD

(Selected by the Faculty of Sports & Exercise Science, UM)

This is awarded to the sports team coach including students who have
contributed to the success in sports he / she represents. The winner of the award is
chosen based on the following criteria:
1. Based on the excellent achievement of the team he / she coaches in the year of
nomination either at MASUM/SUKIPT/IPT leagues or any other high level
invitational competitions for students.
2. Possess exemplary leadership attributes and a high sportsmanship spirit in
helping the team to achieve and maintain excellent results.
3. Possess a clean record without disciplinary action taken against him / her from
any sports bodies or the university.
4. Has excellent record in team achievement in previous years.
5. Always committed to the programmes organized by the Faculty of Sports & Exercise Science.

J. BEST MANAGER AWARD

(Selected by the Faculty of Sports & Exercise Science, UM)

Awarded to the sports team manager including staff/student or outsiders who
has achieved success in the sports he / she represents:
1. Based on the excellent achievement of the team he / she manages in the year
of nomination either MASUM/SUKIPT/IPT leagues or any other high level
invitational competitions for students.
2. Possess a clean record without disciplinary action taken against him / her from
any sports bodies or the university.
3. Has excellent record in team achievement in previous years.
4. Possess exemplary team management skills.
5. Always committed to the programmes organized by the Faculty of Sports & Exercise Science.

K. GLORIOUS STUDENT TEAM AWARD

Awarded to the student teams that perform remarkable achievements and have
met the following criteria:
