At the end of the course, students are able to:

1 Mengenalpasti sebab-sebab perbezaan pendapat dalam Islam.
Identify the causes of differences in opinion in Islam
2 Menghuraikan faktor-faktor yang melahirkan mazhab fiqh dalam Islam.
Describe the factors that create fiqh mazahibs in Islam
3 Menganalisis metodologi pensabitan hukum oleh mazhab fiqh dalam isu-isu fiqh.
Analyze the methodology of mazahibs in solving fiqh issues

Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content

Membincangkan faktor perbezaan pendapat, kelahiran mazhab fiqh, metodologi Imam Abu Hanifah,
Imam Malik, Imam al-Shafie dan Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal dalam menentukan hukum.

Discuss factors of disagreement, the emergence of fiqh madhhabs, methodology of Imams Abu
Hanifah, Malik, al-Shafi’i and Ahmad bin Hanbal in deduction of law.
