1 Menerangkan maksud kandungan dari teks kitab fiqh klasik dengan tepat.
Explain the content of classical fiqh book accurately.
2 Menghuraikan istilah-istilah yang digunapakai oleh penulis kitab-kitab fiqh klasik
Elaborate the terms that used in classical fiqh book.
3 Mengaplikasi kebolehan membaca kitab fiqh klasik dengan betul.
Apply the ability to read classical fiqh books accurately.

Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content

Kursus ini bertujuan memahirkan pelajar dengan penulisan fiqh klasik, sama ada dari segi bahasa
atau isi. Perbincangan mengenainya berasaskan topik dan teks pilihan mengikut kesesuaian. Bagi
tujuan tersebut sejumlah buku-buku teks klasik akan ditentukan sebagai sumber teks berkenaan.

The course aims to familiarize students with the writings of the classical fiqh in terms of their style
and contents. The discussions are on the selected topic and text where applicable. In order to
complete the objective, some classical books will be used as texts.
