Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content
This course covers the principles, techniques and applications of animal biotechnology, including
assisted reproductive technologies, breeding, and genetic engineering. This course also discusses
the ethics and safety of animal biotechnology as well as implications on sustainability and animal
welfare.

Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content

This course covers the principles, systems and techniques that can be used in the genetic
engineering of microorganisms, plants and animals as well as methods of gene transfer. Lectures
also discuss in depth specific examples on how the technology is being used. This course also
discusses in general the advantages and disadvantages of genetic engineering.
