As a proud member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Antique, District 3850, I believe inclusion must go beyond
policies —it must live within our civic organisations and local development networks. As an IT Specialist and Rotarian,
I bridge communities through technology, compassion, and service, guided by the principle “Nothing About Us Without
PWDs
Us,” promoting the meaningful participation of in all aspects of development.

For me, leadership is not about position or prestige it is about purpose. Living with a Cerebral Palsy has taught me
that the most powerful voices are not always the loudest, but the most consistent in compassion and action. I strive
to lead through service, mentoring, and advocacy, guided by faith and empathy. I believe that disability is not inability
—it is a testament to strength and grace. True inclusion is not charity but justice. Through my work in planning,
accessibility, and community development, I aim to build a future where everyone can belong and thrive.
