I began my journey with Genashtim over 10 years ago as a Client Account Executive, where I supported clients with
their eLearning content, onboarding, and system usage. This role taught me the importance of patience, attention to

detail, and excellent customer service, especially in a fully virtual environment.

Over time, I grew into more clientfacing and strategic positions. I transitioned into Sales and Business Development,
learning to craft proposals, understand client needs, and present impactful solutions. I then advanced to become a
Senior Learning Consultant, where I worked on largescale learning and development projects with corporate clients

across the globe.

Later, with the support of my MBA and growing interest in sustainability, I pivoted into the field of ESG (Environmental,
Social, and Governance). Today, I serve as an Independent Verification Analyst, conducting impact assessments and
helping companies strengthen their ESG practices, including thosepursuing B Corp certification.Each role at
