2022 Inter-Asia Cultural
Studies Summer School

Universiti Malaya’s Faculty of Arts and Social Science
hosted the 2022 Inter-Asia Cultural Studies’ Summer
School from 9-18 August. This marked the first time that
the biennial event–usually held on-site at a university in
Asia—was held online due to the ongoing Covid19
pandemic. Forty participants, including Masters and PhD
students, early career scholars, and independent
