           Synopsis of Course Contents           The thermodynamics of Potassium Nitrate (KNO3). The solubility of Potas-
                                                 sium Nitrate (KNO3) and Sodium Chloride (NaCl). Sample preparation for
                                                 microstructure  observation.  Crystal  density  determined  by  XRD.  Model
                                                 building of crystal structure. Bending of beam. Casting of aluminium alloy.
