Tamil is a classical language
which is widely spoken by 77
million people throughout the
world. It is the main source of

language for the Dravidian
family languages from which
Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu
flourished. It has a very long
history of evolution alongside
Latin, Greek, Sanskrit, Hebrew,

Arabic and Chinese, which are
the other classical languages of
the world.
The programme offered at FLL is
a unique programme of its kind.
The curriculum is designed to

depth knowledge on the

richness of the language and its
linguistic functionality in the
modern era. The curriculum also
emphasizes 21 st century skills
such as Higher Order Thinking
