Learning At the end of this course, students are able to:
Outcomes
1. recognise the importance of public sector management to a nation;
2. identify the theories and strategies of public sector management in problem
solving; and
3. describe the practices and ethics of public sector management in Malaysia.
Synopsis The course will focus on the concept and theory linked to management framework
in general. It will also focus on the practical aspects, which include the
development of public sector in Malaysia, the formulation and implementation of
public policy, intergovernmental relations and finally, development of globalization
and its challenges to public sector management.
