PROGRAMME GOAL

The Master of Sports Administration and Leadership is an advanced program specially
designed to produce highly skilled sports leaders. The goals and objectives of the educational
program (PEO) are in line with UM’s vision, mission and goals with an emphasis on the highest
quality of knowledge and the latest. Its focus on practical research and applications can
advance knowledge and have direct implications for the nation and its people in general.
Emphasis is also placed on the elements of professionalism, problem solving methods,
communication, leadership and high ethical values.

PROGRAMME EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE (S)

PEO 1 Expert in sports administration and leadership and able to apply and adapt it in
sports organizations and industries.
PEO 2 Possess professional ethical values and displays autonomy and responsibility
in sports administration and leadership.
PEO 3 Acquire practical, interpersonal and communication skills in sports
administration and leadership and able to engage in entrepreneurship and
sports careers internationally.
