1 Menjelaskan asas-asas dan konsep fiqh semasa
Explain the basis and concept of contemporary fiqh
2 Mengenal pasti asas-asas fiqh semasa dalam penyelidikan islam terkini melalui penggunaan
teknologi maklumat
Identify the basis of contemporary fiqh in current islamic research through information
technology
3 Memahami asas-asas fiqh semasa untuk penyelesaian isu-isu syariah terkini
Understand the basis of contemporary fiqh to resolve current shariah issues

Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content

Kursus bertujuan membantu pelajar memahami kerangka ilmu syariah dan pendekatan kontemporari
diaplikasikan untuk menyelesaikan isu fiqh semasa. Iaitu isu-isu muamalat, jenayah, halal, sains dan
teknologi dan gender. Pelajar juga didedahkan kemahiran menganalisis asas-asas fiqh semasa
dalam penyelidikan terkini.

The course aims to help students understand the framework of Shariah and the contemporary
approaches applied to solve current fiqh issues. Which are issues of muamalat, crime, law, science
and technology and gender. Students are also exposed to the skills of analyzing the fundamentals
of fiqh in the latest research.
