2 Menjelaskan ciri-ciri dan pergerakan jasad-jasad samawi dalam sistem suria
To explain characteristics of celestial bodies in the solar system
3 Mengelaskan teknik cerapan astronomi yang pelbagai dalam menentukan objek-objek
samawi
To classify various observational astronomical technique to determine celestial objects

Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content

Tinjauan umum mengenai astronomi, termasuk: sistem suria dan isi kandungannya; bintang, sifat
asas dan evolusi mereka; sistem bintang termasuk kluster,dan galaksi lain; alam semesta, struktur
masa lalu, sekarang dan masa depan; planet, bulan, matahari dan gerakan mereka serta astronomi
instrumen.

A general survey of astronomy, including: the solar system and its constituents; stars, their basic
properties and evolution; systems of stars including clusters, the milky way and other galaxies; the
universe, its past, present and future structure; planet, moon, sun and their motion, astronomical
instruments.
