Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content
This course emphasizes the monitoring of both aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems using three
approaches of environmental monitoring techniques i.e., physical, chemical, and biological
monitoring. Environmental sampling and data analysis techniques will also be taught.

Sinopsis Kandungan Kursus / Synopsis of Course Content

This course shall engage students to the experiential learning of carrying out environmental impact
assessment (EIA) in accordance with the guideline given by the Department of Environment
(Malaysia). Fundamental practices of preparing the budget and report, including the assessment
techniques and environmental management plan (EMP) are the main components for this course.
Universal principles and techniques which are practised in the developed country are also included.
