with Education (Mathematics)
Intake 2018/2019

As this course is named Bachelor of Science with
Education, I know for a fact that we will get
exposure in Science and Mathematics knowledge,
contents, and industrial expertise, and equipped
with educational training throughout our 4 years.

The program includes learning theories and method of teaching which focuses on real-
life experiences such as microteachings and teaching practices, while also challenge
our Science and Mathematics knowledge in the best way so both components
complement each other.

We get the same opportunity in doing experiments and training like Pure Science
students while also receives enormous guidance in practicing and delivering the
contents to students from our Education lecturers. I would say, we get to experience

the best of both worlds

We gained experiences in completing two final year projects according to our majors;

one from Faculty of Science and one from Faculty of Education which is known as an
Action Research. Other than that, we were equipped with countless microteaching

sessions which greatly prepare us in the two teaching practices in secondary schools.
