GNC Talks, a Podcast for All By Nur Shahira binti Ismail Shah Putra

GNC Talks kicked off its first episode spotlighting two
guests, Siti Umaira Eswadi and Annur Ainan Razali, the
current President and the Vice President of the club. With
two incredible hosts, Jaz and Balqis, they had a lively
conversation regarding the theme of “New Year, New
Me.”
The 30-minute episode included the speakers’ 2021
reflection, their New Year’s resolutions, challenges to
achieve their resolutions and how they can overcome
them. The podcast’s second episode covered the theme
of the semester break and the ways to effectively utilize
the short break with 3 other GNC members as its guests.
Currently, the podcast has published two episodes. The
club hopes that with the publication of this podcast,
listeners can enjoy light conversations and, at the same
time, break the stigma regarding issues like mental health.

On the 27th of January 2022, the Department of Social
Administration and Justice organised an online webinar
entitled “Bajet 2022: Kebajikan Pemulihan dan
Pencegahan”.
This webinar was attended by around 100 participants in
total. The main objective of the webinar was to
understand the social needs underlying the budget and
specific preventive measures to ensure the welfare of the
people during the current crisis.
The webinar started with an opening remark by Dr.
