                                                                      Methodology Course













           Course Description





           Topics  included  are:  nature  of  research  in  the  selected  research  topics;  major  considerations  and  tasks  in  scientific  research;  selecting  a


           research  project;  project  planning,  tools  and  techniques  for  planning;  review  of  literature;  selection  of  research  methods  -  qualitative,

           quantitative or mixed methods; writing a research proposal; data analysis and presentation of results/writing the research report.





           Learning Outcomes





           At the end of the course, students are able to:





              1.  Demonstrate extensive and comprehensive in theories, concepts, framework and research highlights and issues in selected research topics.


              2.  Apply appropriate research methods and analytical techniques in selected research topics.

              3.  Conduct original research that contributes importantly to the selected of research in ethically and professionally.


              4.  Evaluate  achievement  of  research  objectives,  research  questions/hypotheses  and  research  findings  critically,  through  the  evaluation  of


                  conceptual and methodology and the importance of contributing to knowledge in a particular field.

              5.  Write in appropriate register and academic format and use recommended reference and citation styles.
