             Course Learning Outcomes*             On completion of the course, students are able to:
                                                   1.  Apply the variety of surveying techniques in collecting information for
                                                      engineering works purposes.
                                                   2.  Select the right surveying techniques for different applications.

                                                   3.  Determine the accuracy of the surveying works to meet the require-
                                                      ment by applying the principles of theory of errors for the adjustment
                                                      of surveying observations.

                                                   4.  Apply  the  technique  of  underground  survey  and  the  differences  as
                                                      compared to survey works on the ground.

                                                   5.  Apply  the  method  of  GPS  survey  in  determination  of  positions  and
                                                      heights.
