Synopsis of Course This course focuses on important elements in the context of
Contents public administration such as key theories, democracy and
bureaucracy, intergovernmental relations, core functions of
public administration, ethics and accountability issues as well
as social equity. This course also emphasizes on technology
and information management aspects as well as governance
and performance of public sector.
