INTRODUCTION


                                                         The  Universiti  Malaya  (UM),  Master  of  Marketing
      MASTER OF                                          (MMkt)  aims  to  produce  graduates  with  advanced
                                                         knowledge  and  skills  in  marketing  who  can  manage
