Learning Outcomes

Graduate will be able to:

 Demonstrate in-depth comprehension of the 9 fields of project management as identified in the Project
Management Body of Knowledge Guide.
 Apply personal skills in a project environment.
 Apply the right techniques and technology of project management in work environment.
 Able to administer contracts.
 Monitor project team members’ competency; and facilitate improvement in knowledge, skills and attitude of each
project team member.
 Manage change process, control existing changes as well as unforeseen changes throughout the project.
 Apply the theory and technique of ‘sense-making’ in relating projects with strategic planning and organizational
goals.
 Apply entrepreneurship ethics in project environment.
 Assure monitoring, valuation and control of project is performed.
