Learning Outcomes
Graduate will be able to:
Demonstrate in-depth comprehension of the 9 fields of project management as identified in the Project
Management Body of Knowledge Guide.
Apply personal skills in a project environment.
Apply the right techniques and technology of project management in work environment.
Able to administer contracts.
Monitor project team members’ competency; and facilitate improvement in knowledge, skills and attitude of each
project team member.
Manage change process, control existing changes as well as unforeseen changes throughout the project.
Apply the theory and technique of ‘sense-making’ in relating projects with strategic planning and organizational
goals.
Apply entrepreneurship ethics in project environment.
Assure monitoring, valuation and control of project is performed.
