Learning At the end of this course, students are able to:
Outcomes 1. identify basic principles and approaches of financial management;
2. explain the roles and functions of financial managers; and
3. use basic financial management tools in practice.
Synopsis This course provides the students with basic principles and approaches of financial
management in a business entity. It encompasses basic accounting, financial
concepts as well as short- and long-term investment and financing.
