Learning At the end of the course, the students are able to:

1. explain basic framework of the Malaysian Legal System;
2. identify the main principles in business, banking and finance Law;
3. discuss the legal provisions of Business Law using the relevant

5. analyse court cases relevant to Business Law.
Synopsis The course content covers Law of Contract, Law of Hire Purchase, Law of Sale
of Good, Law of Partnership, Law of Agency and Banking and Finance law.
