Course Learning At the end of the course, students are able to:
Outcomes 1. Recognise the multidisciplinary approach in developing elite
athletes
2. Evaluate the long-term athletic development framework
3. Adopt learning experience through practicum with a high-
performance service provider
Synopsis This course is designed to help students recognise the
multidisciplinary approaches involved in developing elite athletes
and the value of applying an ideal long-term athletic development
framework. The students will also gain real life practical experience
by working with high-performance service providers. Students are
encouraged to apply their knowledge and practical skills gained
during their studies into their practicum.
