Course Learning At the end of the course, students are able to:
Outcomes 1. Merekabentuk dan memantau program pemulihan kecederaan
sukan.
2. Design and organise a strength training program for prevention
of sport injury.
3. Design and monitor a rehabilitation program.
Synopsis This course is specifically tailored to focus on understanding
various principles involved in assessing, managing as most
importantly preventing recurrence of musculoskeletal injuries not
only for athletes but also for the general population. Part of this
course will also cover the important of strength and conditioning in
the prevention of initial injury. The course involves practical session
which will be done either in the lab, gymnasium or any related
facilities.
